ChromasPro适用于DNA序列组装项目，可达到几兆字节，并进行基本序列编辑和分析。它能够从Sanger序列器，比如ABI，454和Illumina下一代序列器中组装数据，如果有8GB的可用内存，则多可组装1,000,000个序列。
