SURVEYGLIM is a 64-bit application that fits Generalized LInear Models (GLIMs) to data from simple random and complex survey designs. Models for the Multinomial, Bernoulli, Binomial, Negative Binomial, Poisson, Normal, Gamma, and Inverse Gaussian sampling distributions are available.

Group denotes the type of respondent (1 for weightlifter; 2 for student and 3 for marathon
athlete).
• Age denotes the age of the respondent in years.

• Mass denotes the weight of the respondent in kg.
• %Fat denotes the percentage fat of the respondent.

In this note, the FIML estimation method for incomplete data of LISREL is used to fit a measurement model to
two multivariate data sets consisting of the simulated scores of a sample of boys and girls on six
psychological tests. These data sets are described in the next section. The measurement model is described in
Section 3. Thereafter, the measurement model is fitted to separately to the two data sets. In Section 4, we
assess the invariance of the measurement model across gender. The multiple-group modeling feature of
LISREL is used in Section 6 to cross-validate the measurement model across the two gender groups. In
Section 7, the invariance of the factor loadings across the two gender groups is tested.

The corresponding estimates are then used to simulate new parameter
values from the posterior distributions of the parameters which in turn is used to fill-in the missing data values for
