右键单击形状或线条并选择Properties。您可以更改形状线条的颜色、宽度和样式，并更改内部填充的颜色和样式。您可以选择渐变填充和阴影模式的形状。对于每一种颜色，您可以选择一个alpha透明度，它允许背景通过形状显示。在RFFlow中绘制的线和曲线是反色的，使它们看起来平滑。您还可以调整或旋转形状、给形状添加阴影、添加形状编号、将形状作为页眉或页脚、将形状链接到文件、将形状分配给层、设置叠加顺序或将形状更改为另一个形状。这些操作也可以在一组选定的形状上执行。
Even if you've never used a drawing tool before, it's very easy to create flowcharts and diagrams with RFFlow. To add a shape to your chart, click on the shape in a stencil, type in the text, and click the OK button. Then drag the shape to position it. Or, simply drag a shape from a stencil to your chart. Shapes in RFFlow will automatically size around your text.

This structure allows you to repeat a task over and over. The red chart above on the left does the task and repeats doing the task until the condition is false. It always does the task at least once. The green chart on the right checks the condition first and continues doing the task while the condition is true. In the green chart the task may not be done at all. You can also have the conditions reversed and your loop is still a structured design loop.

With RFFlow, you can link shapes in your chart to other RFFlow charts, files on your computer, or locations on the Internet. These linked shapes then run other programs or open files when clicked. Click on a shape and you open a chart. This lets you make a hierarchy of charts, each showing more of the details. These hyperlinks are preserved if you save the file as an HTML page. This allows you to have a chart on your Web site which jumps to other Web pages when you click on shapes.
