A good flowchart should have a title, either on the chart or in the text of the document. It is sometimes helpful to include a key to the shapes, especially if you are using any non-standard shapes. Including the name of the author and date of last modification is also useful. These items are highlighted in the chart above.

To view and change the properties of an object or group of selected objects, right-click on an object and choose Properties in the pop-up menu. In the Shape Properties dialog box that appears, click on the appropriate tab and make your changes.Copy a Chart into Another ApplicationIn RFFlow, select the chart and click Edit, Copy or Copy Button. Switch to the destination application and click Edit, Paste or Paste Button. The chart is now part of that document. To edit the embedded chart, double-click on it.

If your charts are all sequences, then you probably don't need to draw a flowchart. You can type a simple list using your word processor. The power of a flowchart becomes evident when you include decisions and loops.
