要在图表中移动，请使用窗口中的标准滚动条、使用箭头键或使用鼠标右键拖动图表。如果您的鼠标有滑轮，它也会工作。您可以放大查看图表的细节，或缩小查看完整图表。
右键单击形状或线条并选择Properties。您可以更改形状线条的颜色、宽度和样式，并更改内部填充的颜色和样式。您可以选择渐变填充和阴影模式的形状。对于每一种颜色，您可以选择一个alpha透明度，它允许背景通过形状显示。在RFFlow中绘制的线和曲线是反色的，使它们看起来平滑。您还可以调整或旋转形状、给形状添加阴影、添加形状编号、将形状作为页眉或页脚、将形状链接到文件、将形状分配给层、设置叠加顺序或将形状更改为另一个形状。这些操作也可以在一组选定的形状上执行。
Even if you've never used a drawing tool before, it's very easy to create flowcharts and diagrams with RFFlow. To add a shape to your chart, click on the shape in a stencil, type in the text, and click the OK button. Then drag the shape to position it. Or, simply drag a shape from a stencil to your chart. Shapes in RFFlow will automatically size around your text.

Insert a PictureTo insert a picture from a file, click Insert in the main menu of RFFlow and Picture From File.Export a Chart as a PictureOne way to share your charts with others is to save the chart as a PNG file. Then attach it to and email. Everyone can open PNG (Portable Network Graphics) files. To save your chart as a picture, click File, Save As and choose png, gif, jpeg, html, emf, bmp, etc., in Save as type:.Set up Pages and Page OrientationTo show the boundaries of one or more pages, click View, Pages. To quickly switch between portrait and landscape, click the Orientation button The Orientation Button.

You can also use the off page connector shape shown below. The circle and the off page connector are equivalent. Inside the circle you can use either letters or numbers. For off page references you should use the page number.
