Support for Confidence Values
Sequencher displays confidence and summary confidence information (if available in your DNA sequence files) in the Project window, the Sequence Editor, and the Sequence Get Info window, so you can easily monitor the quality of your data.
With a unique two-way link between the data rows and the spots or bars in the charts, it's a snap to find out which genes are present as outliers or significant. You can then export the plot as a PNG for inclusion in your notes or publications.
This means that you can then use these associations to find genes which are connected to specific sample classes.
Missing data is one of the banes of microarray analysis algorithms, so you will be pleased to know that this step is there, too, and locating and removing is as straightforward as clicking a few buttons.
